My husband and I were having a difficult time finding a common schedule for child birth classes, Mary's private sessions were fantastic. We had such a great experience we asked her to come back and teach a child safety class. Thank you Mary for sharing your knowledge!

We took private Childbirth class, Breastfeeding class, and Infant CPR/Newborn care class. They were all helpful and we felt very well prepared when the big day came. Mary coached me with breastfeeding at the hospital, too. Mary is a great teacher and a wonderful person.

Mary's class was just what we needed. She was very knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating. We're lucky to have found her. Her particular knowledge about St. Vincent's was extremely helpful, and her flexible scheduling was a godsend. I thought I was ready, but together we learned many new things. Thanks Mary!

Taking the classes prepared me for the knowledge and confidence to care for my newborn. Taught by a practicing registered nurse at a birthing center, it's practical, compassionate, and fun--all at the same time! I highly recommend taking classes at Your Birth Matters with Mary.

We found all the classes very helpful. The breastfeeding class was particularly valuable, and Brooke was happy that Ken chose to attend, as having two people with the info makes it easier to remember once the birth has happened. Mary gave good advice on what to ask for in the hospital and being your child's advocate. We were also very glad to see Mary at St. Vincent's once it had all happened.

My husband and I are both super busy professionals who needed to take a childbirth education class, but were having a hard time fitting a series into our schedules. We luckily came across Mary's info on St. Vincent's website, and we were able to book a private with Mary with a few weeks from reaching out. What a great decision! Mary is awesome! She is knowledgeable, energetic, and clearly dedicated to helping people understand the birthing process. We felt so much better prepared for our next step in our journey after spending the day with Mary. Her private was very informative and interesting. Although it's a great deal to take in over one day, it was just right! It also helped that Mary knows our midwife and St. Vincent's. We both highly recommend her, and we hope she is our nurse when we give birth! I am also taking other classes by her, that's how pleased I am!

I took Mary's Birthing, Infant CPR and Breastfeeding class and she made me feel 100% ready for the birth of our child! Being a practicing nurse in labor and delivery, she was able to provide expert hospital advice and made us feel educated about our options as we approach labor. Mary truly cares about educating people in her field. Thank you Mary!!!
