When should I take my child birth prepartom classes?
It is recommended to take your classes in your third trimester. You should start them at 26-28 weeks (6th or 7th month). It is strongly recommended that you complete them at least 4 weeks before your due date so that you can absorb all the valuable information before baby is born.

How big are "Your Birth Matters" classes?
Class size is limited to 6 couples per session which allows Mary to give plenty of individual attention. Small classes give a more personal friendly atmosphere.

Are there breaks during classes?
Yes, all classes include periodic breaks. The weekend intensive class includes a 45 minute lunch break.

What should i wear to class?
Wear comfortable clothing since classes involve positioning and movement.

How will I be able to remember what I learned in class?
Booklets and handouts will be distributed at each class to take home.

Will I become certified in the CPR class?
Yes all participants will become CPR certified.

Can I eat and drink during class?
Yes, healthy drinks and snacks are encouraged.
